Gregory L. Johnson
Founder
Greg is honorably discharged from the U.S. Navy, and completed his B.S. in Criminal Justice from Dallas Baptist University in 1993. He retired from the Dallas Adult Probation Dept with almost 27 yrs service to Dallas County. He is a licensed Private Investigator and certified by the Texas Supreme Court.
Nancy Martin
Board Member / Board Chair
Nancy graduated from The University of North Texas with a B.S. in Criminal Justice. After graduating, she spent 15 years working in the criminal justice field for both Dallas County Adult Supervsion and Department and U.S. Probation and Pretrial Services for the Northern District of Texas. Since her retirement from the criminal justice field, she spends her time caring for her family, volunteering for various agencies that focus on animal and child welfare, has begun culinary school, and travels as much as possible.
Kenneth Wheatley
Board Member
Ken served in the US Marine Corps from 1958-1964. After being honorably discharged he completed his BS in Criminal Justice from Metropolitan State University in Denver Colorado. Ken has worked as a Detective with the Littleton Colorado PD, a CID agent inside the Tomoka Correctional Prison, as well as a Parole agent for the Florida Department of Corrections. Ken moved to Dallas and retired with 20 yrs service from the Dallas County Adult Probation Dept in 2011. Ken is a working artist and Board Member of the Plano Art Association in Plano, Tx.
Frank Dooley
Board Member
Frank is a 30 yr veteran with a Dallas area police department. His current assignment, due to sources and methods, prohibits us from making public his bio or photograph.

Roy G. Pender IV
Treasurer
After high school, Roy entered the U.S. Navy where he served as an aviation fuel technician on board the aircraft carrier U.S.S.AMERICA. He was honorably discharged in 1989. Roy has had an impressive career spanning 27 yrs with the Frito Lay corporation. His area of expertise is accounting, focusing on fraud, waste, and abuse. He has also served in Inventory Mgmt and Quality Assurance.
Tom Schweinsberg
Secretary
Tom earned degrees in Business and Liberal Arts and his career took off as he entered the field of aviation. His management career included customer relations, supply chains, product development, and project management. His aviation prowess did not end there. Tom was a flight instructor for many years, with more than 3,000 hours of flight time. Tom continues to use his management skills as a fleet administrator, combining his business sense and customer relation skills.
